Special music was rendered, and at this time, also, Hcv. Clcmcnson delivered de-livered a sermon, dealing with lessons drawn ftom Mary's sacrifice of the precious ointment when she anointed the Savior's fret Ho devoted some time to the life of Miss Jenson, truly a beautiful story, for her's had been a life of earnest ellort and necessarily successful results. Unassuming, without with-out pretense, dependable withal, she tilled her station In life to the best of her ability, and that ability was not small. She was active In all the church work, Christian Endeavor, Missionary Society, Sunday School, prayer meetings, carried her department depart-ment at tho New Jersey Academy and was a strength at home with her family. Sho vever failed in aught she undertook, except to live. Her robust ro-bust constitution kept death from coming so soon, but more than all her Mrmness and resolute will kep her on this side the river. Hannah Jensen was a womanly woman, strong and reliant, re-liant, dependable, yet meek and lowly with a disposition that unconscious!) drew friends to her. She wasa lovable woman, and will ne'er pass from tho memory of thoso who knew her well. |
