Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting of the directors held on the thirteenth day of May, 1001, an assessment assess-ment of thirty-live cents pershare was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, cor-poration, payable on the thirtieth day of Juno 1004, to Philip Kloepfer, secretary sec-retary of said corporation, at his residence resi-dence In Providence Precinct, Cache County, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the first day of July, 1004, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment Is mado before, will be sold on the thirtieth thir-tieth day of July, 1004, at the residence of Philip Kloepfer, secretary of this corporation, In Providence Precinct.
