Those principles declare for progress In the way of Inducing men of means to locale lo-cale there and establish industries; they declare for belter protection of morals and property and affirm that the Democratic protection Is but a pi c-tensc; c-tensc; they declare for good street crossings, better sidewalks, Improved Irrigating ditches, and the best streets. Not only this, but if the Republican ticket is elected, the men compilslng It promise tocontrol the liquor traffic, or abolish the saloons altogether. They declare for a wide-awake progressive pro-gressive business like administration and Invite the support of all who dc-slic dc-slic icformatlon. The ticket nominated Is composed of good men, and Inasmuch as the Republican Re-publican paity stands for piogress at any and all times, we believe the men on that ticket, It elected,will stand by their piomises. Richmond Is rapidly coming out of the kinks and deserves something better than she has had in the past. Suppoit the Republican ticket, and no mistake will be made. |
