Show Chair Built for Tramps. jH Of lato Bingham, Me., has been able jH any other town ot its stio In the H state. The reason for this Is a "tramp IH chair." This chair Is mado In tho H form of a common upright chair ot H strap Iron, but Is encased, the door H being mado of tho same strap Iron K material It Is on whools, and can H be moved to any part of the town, Not IH a great while ago a tramp went to IB the village, and there being no lock- H up there, the officers had occasion to HJ tako care of tho man, and he was HJ put into the tramp chair. It is not HJ known how long tho tramp Btayed H there, but at least long enough bo that M he wanted to get out ot tho town as HJ quickly as he could.
