William F. Fox of Baltimore and diaries It. Alloy of Washington pleaded nolle contendre and wero lined $2,500 each. Cases against ICdward Allemus and Robert Hall, Jorsey City, Honry It, Duryeo or Wasl ington, Henry O. Stumpr or Philadelphia; K. M Ilrown Ing of Baltimore and Samuol Raymond Ray-mond of Jersoy City were dismissed.-Tho dismissed.-Tho defendants had appealed In vnln to tho supromo court of the United States.
