Anderson, both of whom were excused by tho court, although the state strenuously resisted resist-ed tho challenges. Hutchlns was a member of the federal grnnd Jury which Indicted Anton Johnnnsen nnd Olnf A. Tveltmoo on the chargo of illegal transportation of dynamite.
