Show EAT PLENTY OF FRUIT I A good woman I know Has been 1 laid up all winter with rheumatism. I Tho other day I heard her say she j really believed that If "I had had plenty ot fruit last fall before I got I sick I never would have had this ' trouble. I love apples. Always before I this I have eaten a number every day. Last year we did not havo any I and they cost so much wo did not buy many. But now I am going to have fruit. It Is not so costly as rheumatism." Lots ot truth In that. At our house fruit Is on hand all tho time. I remember re-member once when laddie startod for school bis pockets Btuck way out with apples for his luncn that day. Somebody spoke to him about It and he said,. "Why, I havo only seven!" Dear llttlo man. Thoy did blm so much good. His cheoks were most always al-ways as rod as roses, and I have no doubt that tho apples had a good deal to do with It. One thing every farmer ought to havo and use freely and that Is good fruit. Loss physic nnd more fruit, fellow farmers that's one road to feeling good all the time. And the beauty of fruit is that It never Icavos one tho worse for It. E. h. |
