Show 8ALT LAKE TO'THE SEA The Utah Highway Commission, tho Salt Lake Commercial club and the commercial organizations ot tho towns of Central Utah, and Southern Nevada,-aro promoting an all-the-year-round highway from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles. There already exists a good road from the Utah capital cap-ital through the great central valleys of Utah to St. George In the extreme southwestern part of the state. From that point the proposed route -w 111 follow the Virgin River for orie distance dis-tance and then diverge to T s Vegas and Searchlight, Nevada, and on down to tho Santa Fe-Grand canyon-Needles National highway near the laBt named place, and thence west to San Bernardino and Los Angeles.
