Show ! FRISCO CALL WILL BE EVENING PAPER , San Francisco, Aug. 28. Announce I ment was made yesterday that the San Francisco Call, a morning paper w ill appear on September 1 as an overling ove-rling paper. M. H. De Young, proprietor pro-prietor of the San Francisco Chronicle, Chron-icle, who bought tho plant ot tho morning paper, has sold the equipment equip-ment with the exception of the color presses, to the new owners, who aro announced as F. W. Kellogg, publisher publish-er and president, representing 80 per cent of the stock, and John D. Spreck-les, Spreck-les, formerly proprietor of the Morning Morn-ing Call and now holding 20 per cent of the stock ot the evening paper.
