Show NATIONAL IRRIGATION CONGRES Salt Lake City, Sept. 25. Utah Is well represented In the tentathc list of speakers for the Twentieth National Nation-al Irrigation Congress which meets nt Salt Lake O ty, September 30 to October Oc-tober 3, 1912. Governor William Spry will deliver the address of welcome to tho delegntes on behalf of the state and Mayor S. C. Pork Will render a like service for tho city.
