The Kohl building, one of the linest class "A" structures suffered some damage on all of the ilrst four floors, the other six lloors remaining absolutely abso-lutely intact. The big live story building or J. A. Folger & Co. corner Spear and Howard How-ard streets was not oven scorched and a largo lumber yard across the street escaped although everything adjoining adjoin-ing was burned to tho ground. Messrs. Folger & Co. carried an Immense Im-mense stock of coffee and tea and as soon as tho II. S. government will permit, per-mit, regular delivery to customeis will be resumed. Tho steel (ramo of tho new Newman & Lcvlnson building, although right in tho midst or a seething furnanco shows no marks of tho llamcs, the paint in the steel work remaining un-scorched. un-scorched.
