Show PROF. CLARK'S SUGGESTION. In conversation regarding the recent re-cent horso show held In this clty,Prof. It. W. Clark made a suggestion that It might be well for tho hoiscmcn of this county to accept. IIo proposes that tho horsemen form somo kind of organization and name a committee to handle futuro shows. Prof. Clark-says Clark-says that as head of animal Industry at the A. C. of U. his sole Interest Is thoialslngof the standard of horses In Utah, and Is willing to do anything that will further tho cause. If the horsemen feel that they can take hold of the horso show proposition and work It out to a moro advantageous PKMSCTTSHQKTiiKZaTaaTiaB-aoat-Mt-a-Bu and satisfactory conclusion, Prof. Clark will be moro than glad to place the matter In their hands. 116 regards re-gards the horse show as a work of greatest Importance, too Important to bo neglected and permitted to dio because of any dissatisfaction that may result from any cause. Prof. Clark desires to be helpful to the greatest degree and In his suggestion demonstrates demon-strates It. The hoscmen should cither accept his offer or forever after hold their peace regardless of the outcome at any of tho shows. Prof. Clark considers the recent show a great success, and whether every exhibitor ex-hibitor or person present can view It In tho same way, let's hope that all forces will unite in making the one next year a success bejond measure. |
