A very serious runaway accident occurred at Mt. Pleasant last week, when a team belonging to Lawrence Law-rence Winters ran from the upper part of town. Ole Jessen, on horseback, horse-back, endeavored to stop the horses, but the team ran over him, baJly bruising him, and killed his horse. - The health authorities of Salt Lake City report that during the month of March there were more births reported report-ed than for many years past, while the death rate was considerably lower. Fairview City will in all probability Install a system of waterworks in the near future. It ia estimated that the system will cost about $10,000, $6,000 of which will be secured by bonding, the balance, if possible, from private' citizens.
