Lewis on the bench, and promises to be a hard fought contest. Meqsrs. F. K. Nebeker and John D. Murphy appear for the administrator, administra-tor, A. E. Crar.ney, and Messrs. G-io. Q. Rich and Ricy Jones for the plaintiff, Marj Ann Garr, widow cf John Garr. The whole suit .hinges on the question as to whether the latter John Garr, who was part Indian, was the illegitimate son of John T. Garr, The plaintiff's . attorney introduced introduc-ed considerable evidence Tuesday tending to show the relationship. |
