Sunday evening with special neckerchiefs for their contribution to scouting include left to right: Neil Christensen, Clemont Adams, President Daniel B. Crawford, Charles Blackburn and Wallace K. Smith. directly responsible for the scouting program in the stake were Neil Christensen and Wallace K. Smith. The mother of the Eagle Scout and the scout exchanged special neckerchiefs in the ceremony and Mrs. Coles .was also presented a rose by the Order of the Arrow in recognition of her contribution to the successful achievement of her son. David Coles receives Eagle Scout award Davis. The presentation of the award was made by Bishop Gary Coleman of the Cedar First Ward. Troop 333 under the leadership of Davis, was also the recipient of the Tomahawk award, presented to the troop compiling the most points for advancement, activities ac-tivities and attendance at the Court of Honor during the past month. Serving as master of ceremonies for the Court of Honor was Otto Fife. Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of special neckerchiefs to members of the Cedar Stake Presidency and high council for their leadership in the Scouting program and for their diligence in training and activating the scouting program. Following the presentation of the neckerchiefs wives of the recipients presented a brief outline of the public service contributed by each. Receiving the neckerchiefs were members of the Stake Presidency, Daniel B. Crawford, Clemont Adams and Charles ; Blackburn. High Council r, members, also , honored , and DAVID COLES The presentation of an Eagle Award to David Coles of Troop 333 highlighted the Cedar Stake Court of Honor held Sunday evening at the Stake Center. The Eagle recipient is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Coles. He is a member of Troop 333 sponsored spon-sored by the Cedar First Ward and his scoutmaster is Paul |
