Show percent payment bond must accompany bid. The owners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the owners. All laborers, workmen, mechanics and apprentices employed on this project shall be paid not less than the general prevailing wage rates as set forth in the current wage schedules of the Utah State Industrial Commission. F.-9, 16, 23, 1978 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids will be received by the Iron County School Board owners for the general construction, including in-cluding mechanical and electrical work for, Enoch Elementary School. Bids will be in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by John S. Rowley, architect, and same may be obtained from the architect upon receipt of $100.00 deposit per set, made payable to the architect and which deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days of the date set for the bid opening. Prequalification of bidders bid-ders is required. Prior to any bidder receiving drawings and specifications, it will be necessary that he have on file with the architect and the owners, completed and approved, a prequalification statement pertaining to contractor's experience and financial condition. Bids will be received until the hour of 5:30 p.m., at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the board meeting room of the Iron County Board of Education. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5 percent) of the bid, made payable to the Iron County School Board, owners, shall accompany bid.
