Show Auditions set for "Doll House" Auditions for Henrik Ibsen's Ib-sen's "A Doll's House" will be held February 13 and 14 from 4-6 p.m. in the Southern Utah State College Studio Theatre. Persons interested in performing in the April 14-15, 14-15, 20-22 drama should have prepared one audition piece, approximately two to three minutes in length, preferably of a non-musical nature. Three children will be included in the production. Director R. Scott Phillips said that children may come to the designated auditions or have arrangements made to be seen at another time. "A Doll's House" is the first of Ibsen's plays to be presented at SUSC. It was originally produced in 1880 and is still a remarkably relevant and sensitive look at a woman's role in modern society," Phillips said. |
