Show Val Armstrong swings Big Bat in LL As league play in the Cedar National Little League nears its end -final game of the season is scheduled July 5, the top ten batters were identified by Jeff Cowan, league president. The league's top hitter with just a week remaining is Val Armstrong of Elks who is hitting at a .565 clip. The National League will select an All-Tournament team to participate in the District 1 Little League Tournament to be held in Cedar City July 19 through 23. In the opening round Cedar National will meet the winner of Tri City and Washington leagues.
