Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR MILLARD COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH ORDER FOR THE DISPOSITION OF EXHIBITS HELD IN EVIDENCE WHEREAS, it appears that exhibits introduced in evidence in hearings, trials and other court proceedings in each of the respective district courts in Millard, Beaver, Iron, and Washington, which comprise the Fifth Judicial Court, have been held, kept and stored by the respective county clerks for a period of time in excess of fifty years and; WHEREAS, it appearing that no good cause exists to further hold such exhibits save and except where a proper claim is made and upon good cause appearing therefore; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED OR-DERED that all parties or persons who have a right to or claim upon any document, item or other exhibit held in evidence by the county clerk of Millard, Beaver, Iron, and Washington prior to the year 1975 make a claim in writing for the return of such document, item or other exhibit so held in evidence within thirty days from the date hereof. In the event no proper claim is made to the county clerk as herein provided said county clerk is HEREBY ORDERED to conduct a public auction for the sale of said document, item or exhibit orotherwise dispose of or destroy same bv the ORDER of this court, is further ordered that a copy of this ORDER FOR THE EXHIBITS HELD IN EVIDENCE be published in the newspaper of each county for three consecutive weeks and that a copy be posted by the county clerk in three conspicuous places including counsel table in each respective court room.
