Show Junior High Students Await Field Day Events Friday On Friday, Apr. 29 the Junior Jun-ior High School will hold its annual Clean Up and Field Day. The event Is co-sponsored by the Parent-Teachers Association Associat-ion and the Junior High School. The PTA will furnish 40 ladies from their organization to assist as-sist in the work projects and to help with supervision of activities. activi-ties. The PTA will also furnish a lunch o be served at 12 noon on the Junior High physical education ed-ucation play area. A fee of 50 cents will be charged student to defray expenses. Students have been asked to remain at school during the entire day. The day will begin with a roll call at 9:30 a. m. They will work cleaning up the area during the forenoon. The afternoon will be taken up with play and competitive compet-itive events which will include a tug of war between home rooms. Softball games, volleyball, horseshoes, and the annual student stu-dent faculty softball game will also highlight the afternoon events. Students have been advised to bring hats. No short shorts will be allowed, but students are encouraged to dress modestly. Boys are to bring pre-assigned working tools, which parents should mark for proper identification. ident-ification.
