Homer New District Road Engineer The position of District Engineer En-gineer for Area No. 5, with headquarters head-quarters In Cedar City, has been filled by John W. Homer. Mr. Homer has been serving as chief right-of-way design engineer In the Department of Highways and took over Jan. 2, 19G3, according to C Tnylor Burton, director of the Utah Highway Department.
