All locations are In SLB&M. Extension No. 107 Cedar Stake, L.D.S. Church, a Corporate Sole, co Elwood J. Cony, Cedar City, Ut. has filed for an extension exten-sion of time within which to resume re-sume use of 1.003 sec. ft. of water, wa-ter, acquired by Water User's claim No. 133 of the proposed Determination of vatr rights In the Escalante Valley. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well, 167 ft. deep at a point N. 1052 ft and E. 100 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 33, T33S, R15W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to Irrigate 21.74 acres in SHSEV4 said Sec. 33, and for domestic requirements re-quirements of one family, and watering of 2 horses and 20 chickens and 5 cattle.
