Show Burascanos Observe Golden Wedding Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Buras-cano. Buras-cano. long-time residents of Cedar Ce-dar City, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary Friday, Fri-day, March 8. A quiet family dinner has been planned by the popular citizens who have made numerous numer-ous contributions to the College of Southern Utah and the community com-munity over a period of forty j years of business in Cedar City. The Burascanos were married in New York City, N. Y.. March , 8, 1913. Mrs. Burascano is the former Willie Gibson of Virginia. They met at a Christmas dinner in Philadelphia, Pa., in 19i2. Following their marriage the Burascanos made their home in Thomas, West Va., where Mr. Burascano operated a tailoring business. In about 1921, Mr. Burascano Bur-ascano sold out his interest at Thomas and moved to Salt Lake City. After about two years in Salt Lake they moved to Cedar City See Picture and Further Details on Page Three where Mr. Burascano again opened op-ened up a tailoring business, a business he operated until his retirement a few years ago. The Burascanos also opened up an Indian Curio Shop which was operated in conjunction with his tailoring business. Mr. Burascano immigrated to the United States from Sicily. Italy, in 1903.
