Show SUMMIT Mrs. Hulda Peterson The Summit 4-H Club has been organized and will call itself the "Six Crumbs of the Cracker Box." The teacher is Mrs. Mmma Fife. President of the group will be Dick Fife and Pat llumphery will act as vice president. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lowe spent Sunday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kl lis Bryant and family. Mrs. LaRue White attended the Republican convention held in Salt Lake City last week. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dalley spent Sunday In Parowan to be In attendance at the christening of their grandson's child, a boy. born to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dalton. Mr. and Mrs. Norton James and son Bennie left Tuesday for New York where they will visit with his parents and family before leaving for overseas duty. Their mother, Mrs. Ella Lawrence will accompany them to Grand Junction, Junc-tion, Colo., where she will visit with her son Aubrey Lawrence and family. Aubrey is employed as a school teacher there. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hartshorn are here visiting with Mrs. Hartshorn's Harts-horn's father, Merle Radford. Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Jones of Enterprise are here visiting with their daughters, Mrs. Ivan Dalley and Mrs., Earl Stapley and their families. Three Summit men left early this week with the Utah Nation-guard Nation-guard for a two-week encampment encamp-ment at Camp Williams at Jordan Jor-dan Narrows. They are: DeEll Stapley, Gayland Farrow and Dick Griffin. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet left Sunday for Logan where Mr. Ilu-let will participate In business busi-ness sessions in connection with the Iron County Schools, i - |
