Show Enoch ai;d midvalley i:otes By Coxa Muxl Mr. and Mrs. Ren Williams attended the convention of the Utah Poultry and Farmers Cooperative Coop-erative at Richfield Thursday, June 3. The convention was in charge of the women's auxiliary of the organization of which Mrs. Williams is president. On their return they visited with relatives rela-tives in Venice and Delta. They were accompanied by Mr. Williams' Wil-liams' grandsons, Keith and Kenneth Ken-neth Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Tex Parker and children of Compton, Calif., visited vis-ited here with their aunt, Mrs. Lena Williams, and family. They spent most of Saturday visiting about town with relatives and friends. Tex is a former resident resi-dent of Kanarraville. J. L. Piatt visited for a few days in Salt Lake City with his sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Judd and children of Cedar City were Sunday Sun-day visitors here with Mrs. Judd's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lysle Piatt. Clayton Reeves has returned home after attending school at Brigham Young University at Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Terry O. Williams and family have moved home from Logan where they have lived for a few years where Mr. Williams had employment. ' Mr. and Mrs. Gus Pingle of California were week end visitors here. They were accompanied by their granddaughter, Shirley Pingle Pin-gle of Las Vegas. Edith Sorenson and Leda Rub-ley Rub-ley of California spent a few days here with their father, Sam L. Pollock. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Woodbury entertained a group of friends at a weenie roast Saturday evening in honor of their daughter Roma Ray on her 12th birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Pollock and children of Payson are here visiting vis-iting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Isom and son were Sunday visitors here from Henderson, Nev. Mrs. Martha Peterson and Mrs. R. Dell Hall and children of Cedar Ce-dar City spent Tuesday here with their daughter and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Williams and family. Visitors last week at the home of Mina Piatt were Mary and Gus Sinfield of Lund, Nev. Miss Cherie Peterson of Boulder Bould-er City, Nev., is here with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams. |
