Show Branch College Prepares for Summer Enrollment Plans are now being made at the Branch Agricultural college for the 1950 summer school session, ses-sion, the second in the school's history, according to Reese P. Maughan, head of the summer school. Negotiations are now being made with prominent educators to serve as instructors for the session which will run from June 5 to July 15. The outline of courses this year will be substantially sub-stantially the same as last year's. There will be a few changes to meet the needs of summer school students. As a special feature, there will be a Music Clinic taught by Prof. W. H. Manning, which will be mostly for the teaching of voice to children. There will also be added offerings in the art department. de-partment. During the summer session, there will be a Conference Workshop Work-shop for School Lunch personnel, under the direction of the State Department of Public Instruction, Instruc-tion, and a Western States Agricultural Agri-cultural Conference, under the direction of Dr. LeGrande Humphreys, Hum-phreys, professor of agricultural education at the Utah State Agricultural Ag-ricultural college. |
