Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated, all locations loca-tions being from SLB&M. TO CHANGE: a-18G7 AIpx B. Wllllnms. Odnr City, RFD Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of .891 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Underground-water Claim No. 1230. The water has been diverted from a 12-ln. well 01 ft. deep, at a point S. 1301 ft. and W. 1595 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 29. T35S, RUW. The water was used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1 to Irrigate 60 acres of land cm-braced cm-braced within NWUSEVi and NEtt-SWH NEtt-SWH Sec. 29, T35S. R11W, and for year-round Incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 12-ln. pump well 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1301 ft. and W. 1562 ft. from Eli Cor. Sec. 29, T35S, RUW. The diverting and carrying works will consist of sump, trenches, pump and storage tank. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, must be In Affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City I, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before May 10. 1945.
