Show Nancy Pendleton Dies Following Long Illness M -.. Nancy Chattcrley Pendleton, Pendle-ton, 71. life-long resident of Cedar City, succumbed to ai'nients Incident Inci-dent to age Wednesday, March 28. She had been in poor health for the past seven years, and had been seriously ill for nearly three years. Mrs. Pendleton was born in Cedar Ce-dar City on February 25, 1874, n daughter of Peter Mirtin and Christinia Mackelprang Chalt.erley. pioneers of thus section. She married Daniel S. Pendleton of Cedar City in the St. George temple in 1833. Surviving are the following so!s and daughters: Gus C. Pendleton. St. George; LcGrande C. Pendleton, Pendle-ton, Cedar City: Mrs. Bernierc Adams, Bunkervllle, Nevada; Lor- raine C. Pendleton Cheyenne Wyo.; Mrs, Christinia Neagle. Mrs. Rita! HeniJien. and Mrs. Elberta Fric-i ninth, Las Vegas. Also surviving are! twenty -eight grandchildren, two gieat-grandchildren, one brother, Joseph Chatterley, Kanab, and two1 listers. Mrs. Ella Thorley, Cedar City, and Mrs. Minnie Harris, Lehi.l Funeral services will be held Ini the First Ward Chapel at 2:00 p. m.1 Saturday. |
