Show CEDAR MAN MARRIES LOGAN GIRL Announcement was made last week in Logan that Miss Ruth Skldmore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Skldmore of Logan, became the bride of Alan Palmer Macfarlane, son of Mrs. Kathrlne Macfarlane and the late Dr. M. J. Macfarlane , of Cedar City. June 23 in the Salt Lake L D S temple. Richard R. Lyman officiated. Following the ceremony, the couple were honored with a wedding wed-ding dinner at the Hotel Utah Star-lite Star-lite Gardens. The bride is a graduate of the Utah State Agricultural college, where she was president of the Associated As-sociated Women Students and affil iated with Chi Omega, Phi Upsllon Omlcron, Alpha Sigma Nu and Phi Kappa Phi. honorary scholastic scholas-tic fraternity. The bridegroom attended the Branch Agricultural college In Cedar Ce-dar City, where he was student body president. He was graduated from the Utah State Agricultural college, where he was president of Blue Key fraternity, and was affiliated affil-iated with Plil Kappa Alpha. Phi Kappa Phi snd Alpha Sigma Nu. He Is now a senior student at Cornell Cor-nell universi'.y medical college.
