He states that payments are coming In rather slowly, and that unless there Is a heavy delinquency there mast be a rush of pnymenti during the next week. Penalties and costs will be added after Soturduy, November 30th. Payment may be made at the Bank of Southern Utah In Cedar City, or at the County Treasurer'., office In the Court House at Par owan.
