Show Lehi Jones, 92 Holds Open House Lehl W. Jones, active local live-stockman live-stockman and banker, reached his ninety-second blrthdate Saturday, and received friends from all sections sec-tions of southern Utah at an open house Friday night at the home of a son, Kumen L. Jones. Mr. Jones, a native of Cedar City, Is Cedar City's oldest male resident, but Is still active In business affairs, and maintains a keen Interest In affairs of the day. He visits the Bank of Southern Utah, of which he Is a director, each week, and takes daily exercises with a walk around the block In spite of the fact that he walks with considerable difficulty. He was born In Cedar City on November 15th, 1834, a son of Thomas and Sage Trehame Jones, Immigrants from Wales, and has spent his entire life here, a life devoted to the promotion of the welfare of the locality. |
