OCR Text	Show v NOTICE TO WATER USERS Bryant Beacham. Newcastle, Utah has filed Application No. 14058 to appropriate 3 sec. ft. of water from Pinto creek in Iron county; said water will be diverted from March 1 to October 31. Inclusive of each year, at a point E. 100 ft. from the 814 Cor. Sec. 9. T. 36 S., B. 15 W, SLB&M, conveyed by ditch and used as a supplemental supply to Irrigate 35 acres of land located In the NE14NW14 of said Sec. 9. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, there-for, made In affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, 403 Sate Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before May 17, 1941. T. H.
