Show RESOLUTION. Parowan, Iron County. Utah, May 5th, 1913. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Iron County, State of Utah, in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, A. D. 1913, at the County Court House of said County, at Parowan City Utah: That the tracts'of land hereinafter herein-after described, belonging to side Iron county, is no longer required for public use, and that it is deemed to be to the best interests of said Iron County that said tracts of land be sold: That the tracts of land herein mentioned, commonly known as the Estray corrals in the respective respec-tive towns, are described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit?l. The North three-fourths three-fourths of lot 5, and West part of Lot 6, in Block 57, Plat "B' of Cedar City Town Survey, as platted in the Official map of said Survey, filed in the office of the Ciunty Recorder of Iron County, Utah, and 'bounded and described as follows: Beignning at the Northwest corner" of Lot sixf Block 57, Plat "B", of fcedar City. Town Survey, Sur-vey, and running thence South alonfirthBW&t If rito7bteimd; 5231 feet to appoint 33 feet North of the South-west corner of lot 5; thence East and parallel par-allel to the South line of said Lot 5 to a point on the Bast line 33 feet North of the South-east corner of said lot 5; thence North on and along the East line of said lot 99 feet to the North east corner of said lot 5; thence North westwardly with the meandering me-andering of Coal Creek to the-north the-north line of Lot 6; thence West on the North line, to the place of beginning. 2. Lot Five in Block Nineteen, Nine-teen, of Plat "B," of Parowan City Surrey, bounded and described des-cribed as follows: Beginning at the North-east corner of Block Nineteen, of Plat "B," of Parowan City Survey, and running thence West Fourteen rodB; thence South Twelve rods thence East Fourteen rods; and thence North Twelve rods to the place of beginning. be-ginning. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the tracts of land above described be offered for sale at public auction at the front door of the County Court House, at Parowan City, Utah, on the 11th day of June, A. D. 1913, and that duo notice of such sale be given by publication in The Iron County Record, a weekly newspaper news-paper published at Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, for a period of thity days.
