Show B, A. College News. More than two hundred students stud-ents have now registered in the B. A. C. and new students are coming in daily. It is e.xp,ected roV ,,,... --, I " Wy?$p:- that "after the winter courses commence, the enrollment will exceed that of any previous year in the B. N. S. The inter-class basket ball schedule has been arranged. The first game was played Monday, Mon-day, October 27 and a game will be played the afternoon of each school day until Tuesday, November 11. The championship champion-ship will bo decided on a percentage per-centage basis. Each class is very much enthused and confident confi-dent of the championship. . The plans have been drawn up and sent to Salt Lake City for approval, for a three-thousand dallar barn, which will be erected in the near future. The barn will be modern in every respect. It is the intention of the college col-lege to have a number of pure bred hogs, sheep, cows, and draft horses shipped in, in the coming spring, which will greatly increase the efficiency of the animal husbandry department. de-partment. The probable members on the Lyceum course for this season will be, Rev. Elmer I. Goshen, W. C. Hanks and Dr. Earl Douglas Holtz. Friday, October 31st, the election was held. The two parties, Progressives and Liberals, Lib-erals, have strong tickets in the field. The respective rallies were held Wednesday and Thursday Thurs-day nights. The returns of the election will be given out at the dance tonight. |
