II Answering tho advertisement of the local school board for bids for the erection of the proposed school build r, ing for Cedar City in accordance with I the plans and specifications drawn bv Architects Cannon and Fetzer of Salt I Lake and their local associate, Randall f L. Jones, a total of eighteen bids were ut submitted, nine for the general con ' tract on the building and nine for the plumbing, heating and ventilation.
