Rousing Celebration is Btfal Arranged for the Roys Refore Their Departure, to be Held Saturday Night, When Following Program Will be (Jiven. i That Cedar City is not lacking in patriotism, notwithstanding tho fact that enlistments from this place were slow at the outset, is proven alike by the ready response on Registration Day and the recent volunteer patriots who have come forward to defend their country. Cedar City enjoys the reputation of being able to arise to the exegencies of almost any condition that confronts her, and we will vouch for her ultimate responce with a full quota of volunteer vol-unteer soldiers in this emergency. One reason for the apparent appar-ent lack of enthusiasm here is the fact that until a few days ago there has been no one here to make an appeal to the young men in this matter.
