Show Cnine'fl Illustrated Lecture. Yestorday afternoon John T. Caino delivered a most interesting and instructive in-structive lecture on somo Beef Cattle' Problems and other topics connected with tho livestock industry. Mr. Caino recommended Hcrefords and Short Horn Durhams as tho best breeds of range cattle, and showed lantern slide pictures of somo of tho finest specimens from all parts of tho , world. Professor Caino said that Southern Utah was behind in the matter of cat-tlo cat-tlo breeding and feeding of stock. The speaker showed how by propor feed-1 ing at tho proper timo young cattle may bo pushed, and two-year-olds bo made to weigh practically as much as four-year-olds that aro allowed to go I back each winter for tho want of feed.
