Adams seconded 1 by Lund tho report of tho Committee ' (Continued on last page.) 1 CQUNTC-UO-BOND -, FOR GOOD ROADS (Continued from first page.1) ' was unanimously accepted and approved ap-proved by tho Commjssioners, Mr. Prico of the Palmer Mortgage nnd Bonding company of Salt Lake City, met with the Commissioners and mado them an offer for the purchase pur-chase of tho proposed bonds, both for tho Hospital and tho Road, said bonds amounting to 9160,000. On motion of Commissioner II. L. Adnms (and on tho recomemndation of Attornby E H. Ryan) seconded by Com. Lund, tho offer of the Palmer Mortgage and Bonding company was accepted, nnd tho Chairman of tho Board was authorized to enter into a contract with said company for the purchase nnd sale of the proposed bonds, nnd to handlo tho. proceedings of the election for the sale of same. Such election to bo hold April 10, 1920. Roll call showed tho vote was unanimous. unani-mous.
