Show PARK CITY. The Misses J. and K. Manix left for Salt Lake Sunday afternoon a visit to their mother who is spending the winter there. Mr. and Mrs. John Welsh entertained enter-tained at dinner on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. John McSorley, Mr. and Mrs. M. J. McGill were the invited guests. Mr. Peter Harrington left for Butte, Mont., last Sunday on a visit to his family. Mr. Barney Lively is back again to camp, he says he came to stay this time. We are glad for Barney is a fine : fellow. ! Mr. Peter Martin returned from Salt ' Lake last Saturday. --j Te infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Collins was baptized at St. Mary's Catholic church last Sunday at 4 p. m. Mr. Pat Towey spent Wednesday in Salt Lake. Mrs. Mary Judge fell and broke her leg last Saturday evening. She is re-I re-I ported as getting along as well as could be expected. Mn W. J. 6'ConneTl left on Tuesday for the Klondike. This is Bill's second venture to the frozen north. We hope success, will crownhls efforts. Mrs. Sarah"" "Wilson" returned home from Salt Lake Tuesday morning. Mrs. Driscoll of Leadville, Colo., is visiting here with Mrs. Sarah Wilson. Rev. Father Galligan is expected home the last of the week. Mrs. A. McGrath returned to Park Wednesday after a two months visit with relatives in Iowa. Mr. J. J. Murphy returned from Butte Wednesday last, after a pleasant visit of several weeks in that city. The pupils of St. Mary's school celebrated cele-brated Washington's Birthday by giving giv-ing an entertainment on last Friday afternoon. The prizes awarded at the contest were donated by John Martin, Jamie McPolin, Patrick Heenan, Redmond Red-mond McDonough and Thomas Ma-. loney. Annie Osika carried off first prize, Blanche Wiest second, and Lulu I Kelly third. A very enjoyable afternoon after-noon was spent.
