Show j IDAHO FALLS, IDA. (Special Correspondence.),.'-At Correspondence.),.'-At the Forest Hill residence o'n Oct. 23, Miss M. Lautphans and Mr. E. P. Henry were united in the bondr. of matrimony mat-rimony by Rev.: James A. -Mooney. It was a simple celebration, only the immediate im-mediate friends of the family being present. Miss Minnie is one of the most energetic workers of the parish and has always worked hard for its advancement. Mr. Fourlette of Basalt returned last Sunday to Kansas. The past, six weeks he has been staying with his brother and has resolved to return next spring with his family, having purchased land in the neighborhood. j Mr. and Miss Wiedmann were at Heiss Hot Springs for the past week. Mrs..M. Higgins has been, very ill of late, but is somewhat improved, to the gratification of all. During her illness all the members of the parish visited her, and by their presence helped to cheer up the family, thus testifying to her popularity. j Since the regular services have start- ' ed the pastor ha started a course of lectures upon the "Divinity of Christ." The first one was given last Sunday : upon Christ's-divinity, as taken from his own testimony. Incidentally, refer- er..?e was made to the article in The Intermountain Catholic upon the Rev Goshen. Upon next Sunday it will be the "Divinity of Christ as Proved bv His Miracles." . . : . 1 1 ! During the week the contract for th new church at Blackfoot will be let out t- ' ! Rev. F. Campbell of Rexburg is ' visiting his flock at Market Lake and Dubois. f Miss E. Lloyd has accepted a position posi-tion with Mrs. Randall, our genial dressmaker. Mr. Martin Edward of the Butte bakery bak-ery has moved into his. new building-and building-and is a busy as can be feeding the multitude. , |
