Show COURTS MUST . DECIDE. Law Invoked by Miners at Idaho Springs, Colo. Georgetown, Colo., Aug. 11. The warrants war-rants issued against members of the Idaho Springs Citizens' Protective league by order or-der of Judge Frank Owcrs of the district court, upon application of the attorneys of the YVcEtBrn Federation of Miners, were served today upon forty-seven members mem-bers of the league at Idaho Springs, and the pcrsis served were arrested and brought before Judge Owers In this city. After a brief hearing they were, placed tinder bonds to keep the peace hiiu notified noti-fied to hold themselves in readme:-', to appear before Judg Owers on notice. ThoBc warrants were issued as a rotuilt of the expulsion from Idaho Springs-of a number of union miner after the blowing blow-ing tip of the building of tho Sun and Moon mine recently. Altogether ko mo-thing mo-thing over eighty warrants were, issued, but only forty-seven were served -today. Among 'those who answered to warrants today were the mayor pro tern of Idaho Springs, members of the council, the elty uttorncy. the city marshal, the postmaster, postmas-ter, presidents of banks ana leading merchants mer-chants and mine operators. Fourteen of the eighteen miners driven from Idaho Springs returned to that city from Denver today, having learned of the injunction issued by Judge Owers yesterday yes-terday in their behalf.
