Dolan, the new president of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, is a native of Marcellus, N. Y., where his parents still reside. As a very young man he settled in , Syracuse, where he made a splendid success as traveling representative of an important clothing house. Mr. Dolan's profession carries him from Maine to California during the business year, and in this way he has become personally known to thousands in all parts of the country. He is a keen student of Irish history, is a clever public speaker and a thoroughly self-cultured self-cultured man. |
