Show : pueblo. : 4- (Correspondence Intermountain Catholic.) The funeral of Mr. Joe Bueker took place from St. Patrick's church last Friday. Mr. Bueker went to Denver to spend Christmas with his son, who is attending school there and contracted pneumonia. For awhile it was thought . he was out of danger. Father Bruner celebrated the requiem High Mass. A large number of friends attended the funeral to St. Joseph's cemetery, where they placed him beside be-side his wife, who died several years ago. The funeral of Robert La Maer took place from St. Patrick's church last Monday. Deceased was 17 years of ; 'ae- - ; ' ? ' ii I Mr. -Byrne of the Josh Sprucby company com-pany died at St. Mary's sanitarium last week. . . - . "Rev. Father Mulconery, S. J., paid a short visit to St. Patrick's. i'f . Rev. Charles Pinto, S. J., supervisor of the Jesuits, was the-guest of the Fathers .- of , St. Patrick's during last week. Mr. O'Hara and Miss Nora Donahue were married at St. Patrick's church Tuesday. Miss Donahue is the prefect of the Young Ladies' Sodality. She is an estimable young lady and has a host of Xriends. Rev. Leo Krenz leaves in a few days for El Paso. Tex., where he will remain re-main for about six weeks. Mr. D. Sullivan and wife are visiting visit-ing his parents on Cataract avenue. . The members of the new German Catholic, church of Pueblo met after High Mass last Sunday and selected for patron of their new church the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Mrs. George Morrisey and baby, who spent a few days in Pueblo with her mother last week, returned to her home at Florence last Sunday. Miss Thresia Weber of Canon City, Colo., is now housekeeper at the St. Mary's parish in Pueblo. v . |
