Show EUREKA, UTAH. (Special Correspondence.) The marriage of William Levy and Annie Clarke of Park City was solemnized solem-nized in Eureka last Friday by Father Donohoe, who is the bride's uncle. The party was accompanied by John O'Ha-gan O'Ha-gan and Alice McPoland. Miss Clarke, who spent many years in Eureka, has a large number of friends there. All were unanimous and enthusiastic in extending ex-tending good wishes and greetings to the happy couple. Rev. Father O'Donahue conducted special Christmas services at St. Patrick's Pat-rick's Catholic church, and the attendance attend-ance was exceptionally large: John P. Houghton and Miss Alice Marie Lowney were joined in marriage at the home of Rev; Father O'Donohue of the Catholic Church last Tuesday evening. Rev. Father O'Donohue performed per-formed the ceremony in the presence of a few Intimate friends. Mike Osborn acted as best man and Miss Maggie Leahy as bridesmaid. After the cere- mony the couple was given a reception at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lowney. The young people are well, known and popular in Eureka and have the best wishes of a large number of friends. They will make their home in this city. f- Frank D. Kimball of McCornick & Co.'s bank arrived In Eureka this week for the purpose of assisting Cashier Jere Driscoll in closing up the year's business at the local bank. Mr. Kimball Kim-ball has been spending most of his time at Twin Falls, Ida., where Mcr Cornlck & Co. recently established a bank, and says that that place will be one of the big cities of southern Idaho within a few years. McCornick & Co.'s Eureka bank has done an immense business during the year 1905, and the officers of the company are highly pleased with, the outlook for the new year. |
