Without an effort at undue praise, we can truth fully say he was a man of superior moral force and mental equipment. He : came to Ogden twenty years ago and by hard work and honest dealings laid the foundation of an establishment of which any man might be proud. He struggled hard to build up a great business bus-iness and drew around him the counsel of his boys, guiding them along the pathway he had chosen for himself.
