Show Pretty Wedding. A very pretty wedding took place in St. Francis de Sales church on Wednesday Wed-nesday morning, December 1, the contracting con-tracting parties being Miss Margaret Leavy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Thom-as J. Leavy, and Matthew Rudolph Hauser of Sacred Heart parish. Rev. J. J. Donnelly officiated at nuptial mass. The dainty young bride looked very winsom in her gown of soft white mes-saline, mes-saline, with long tulle veil fastened with a wreath of valey lilies. After mass the bridal party enjoyed breakfast break-fast at the home of the bride's parents, 1513 South Grant avenue, and in- the evening a reception was tendered the young couple at the same place. Several Sev-eral hundred, friends called to extend their congratulations and good wishes. Mr. and Mrs. Hauser went to housekeeping-immediately in the pretty home at First avenue, and Broadway, which the groom's father furnished completely as a wedding present. One of the most honored guests at the wedding wed-ding was Mr. Hauser's grandfather, who, In spite of his eighty years, made the trip from his home in Cheyenne, Wyo., to be present at the ceremony. Mr. Hauser is city salesman for the Schaefer Tent& Awning company, and his bride belongs to a family long prominent prom-inent in Catholic circles and principally in Catholic fraternal socities, Mr. Leavy having been the "organizer of the first branch of the Catholic Mutual benevolent association in Denver. |
