On Monday Mr. Alfred Blake, coroner, coro-ner, Cork, held an inquest into the circumstances cir-cumstances attending the sudden death cf Mrs. Margaret Reynolds, residing re-siding at Market avenue. The medical evidence showed that the deceased had heen In poor health of late and that death was due to a weak heart. O'Callaghan. secretary of the United Irish league in the United States, had a hearty send-off at Queenstown on Thursday. Captain Donelan, M. P., wished him God-speed, and in reply Mr. O'Callaghan expressed the pleasure which his visit had given h!m, and his hopeful view of the Irish cause. In an interview he made reference refer-ence to the question of the Queenstown mail service. A meeting to reorganize the United Irish league was held at Westport on Sunday. The speakers included Father McDonald, who presided; Mr. William O'Brien, M. P.; Mr. Conor O'Kelly, M. r.; John- O'Donnell, M. P.; and Mr. Briscoe, secretary town tenants' executive exec-utive committee.
