Show The Merchants' Bank. W. J. Halloran said Saturday that the organization of the new Merchants' bank, which 4s to be located in the Judge building, had been practically completed. The institution was organized organ-ized by the following prominent business busi-ness men: George E. Chandler of Bingham, the Halloran-.Iudge company, compa-ny, Charles S. Quigley, Frank M. Wilson, Wil-son, owner of the Wilson hotel; A. Fred Wey and Eugene Chandler. These men will constitute the board of directors. The officers of the new institution will be: W. J. Halloran, president; George E. Chandler, vice president; Eugene Chandler, cashier. The bank will occupy the southern half of the portion of the Judge building build-ing at 203 South Main street, the northern north-ern portion being taken up by the offices of-fices of the Halloran-Judge company. The institution ill be a commercial and savings bank and will be open and ready for business by July 1. Don't forget Altar societv excursion to Saltair early next month. j |
