Martin came up from Salt Lake Saturday to spend a week visiting visit-ing friends in the Park. " . Mrs. N. Harring left Tuesday for a short, visit in Butte, Mont. , Charles Carpenter spent Saturday in Salt Lake. , Jerry H. Harrington was a Salt Lake visitor Saturday. 1 v Miss Margaret Shields came up from St. Mary's academy. ..Sunday to spend the day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Shields. ' Mrs. Henry Welsh visited in Salt Lake last week.' 4- ' Mrs. G. Burns, who has been visiting for' the past two weeks with her sister. Mrs. P. Larson, returned to her home in Ogden Monday. 4- . James Hickey, superintendent of the Comstock, returned Wednesday from a business visit in the city. . 4. Mr. William O'Keeffe and Miss Mary Jackman were married in Salt Lake Friday, Rev. Father Kerens preformed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. O'Keeffe are very popular young people of Park City. They returned to the Park Sunday Sun-day and will make their home here. -4 . Denis Shea, who receYitly buried his wife, placed three, of his children in the Kearns.St. Ann's1 orph'aiiage last Saturday. Sat-urday. -4 ' James Dincen, who niel with a serious seri-ous accident at the Silver King mine, is feeling very much improved. He is still at the Miners hospital. -4 ' . Mr. Timothy Murphy died at the Maple Hall rooming house Saturday evening of pneumonia., Mr. Murphy was one of the oldest and most highly respected residents .of Park City. He leaves a wife and four children to mourn his loss. The funeral took place from the Catholic church Monday. |
