Show "The Flower of the Ranch," which comes to the Colonial theatre for tne week beginning Sunday, Jan. 3, nas been described as a western comeey drama set to music. It played a Ions season last year, visiting only the largest larg-est cities, and was declared by a celebrated cele-brated New York critical writer to oe the most novel musical play seen In several years. Each of the three acts depict stirring scenes in California, and the characters are said to have been drawn true to the life of the west. There are some fifty people in the company, among the principals of which are Fsankie Drew, Frances Cossar, Edward Hume, Frederick Fred-erick Knights, John McSweeney anc: Walter Stanley. |
